Google sign-in now available

You can now log in to SnippetWave with one click using your Google account. It's faster and more secure (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect). No Google password is stored with us.

Why it's better

  • Quick: no need to create or remember an additional password.

  • Secure: authentication is delegated to Google (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect).

  • Fewer errors: one account for all your access.

Where to find the button

  • On the login/signup page: Sign in with Google.

  • It can also appear when an action requires identification (e.g., access to the customer area).

How to connect (1st time)

  1. Click on Sign in with Google.

  2. Select your Google account and confirm the displayed permissions.

  3. You are redirected and logged into your SnippetWave space.

If you already have an account with the same email address, it will be automatically linked. If the address is different, create the Google connection or contact us to merge the accounts.

What data we receive

Only what Google transmits via OpenID Connect:

  • Name

  • Email address verified

  • Profile picture (if available)

We never receive your Google password.

Confidentiality & control

  • You can revoke access at any time from your Google account → Security → Third-party access.

  • We use this data solely for authentication and managing your SnippetWave account.
